GPL-PAG-EO is a polyethylene glycol (PEG) based compressor lubricant that has been formulated to ensure negligible dilution in hydrocarbon gasses. Its low solubility with hydrocarbon gases will also reduce downstream oil losses. GPL PAG-EO is a highly thermally stable formulation and will resist carbon and varnish buildup
GPL-PAG-WI is a polyalkylene glycol lubricant that has been specifically formulated for the use in systems compressing light hydrocarbon gasses. In these systems GPL-PAG-WI will offer increased efficiency and very low dilution rates.
GPL-PAG-WS is compressor lubricant that combines specially selected polyalkylene glycol (PAG) base oil that have been shown to offer improved performance, and protection in systems compressing heavy hydrocarbon gasses.
GPL PAO is a highly thermally stable lubricant with a robust anti-oxidant package. This makes the formulation an ideal lubricant in systems compressing gas streams that may contain reactive gasses, high water levels and high levels of H2S. The formulations high viscosity index allows for operations over a wide temperature range.
GPL-PAO-FG has been formulated for use in applications where incidental food contact is possible. This highly stable formulation offers excellent cold temperature properties making the lubricant ideal for use in refrigeration systems. GPL-PAO-FG is also ideal for use in systems compressing nitrogen and CO2 for use in the food processing industry.
GPL-Ester has been formulated for use in applications that are prone to excessive carbon and varnish deposits. This formulation has been shown to not only prevent the formation of carbon and varnish deposits, but to also remove existing deposits. GPL-Ester’s excellent cleaning capabilities makes the lubricant an ideal choice for co-generation (methane recovery) operations.
GPL-MIN is composed of a blend of highly refined mineral oils and advanced additives. This cost-effective formulation provides excellent protection against wear.
GPL-PAG is a polyalkylene glycol (PAG) based gas processing lubricant which is ideal for use with gas streams that have a wide range of different gasses. This advanced formulation offers excellent resistance against viscosity dilution and resistance against H2S.
T-717 has been specifically developed for use in ammonia turbines. T-717 contains advanced anti-oxidants that will provide a long oil life. T-717 will also provide enhanced protection against rust and corrosion.
